These terms apply to all orders placed with Tame + True through this website.

Placing an order
By placing an order you confirm the delivery details, dietary requirements, and allergy information you provide are accurate and up to date. It's your responsibility to keep us informed if this changes.
Allergens
We take allergen information seriously and label meals based on the ingredients and allergy details you and we have on file. However, our kitchen prepares multiple meals and cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly at info@tameandtrue.com before ordering so we can discuss whether we can safely prepare your meals.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, as stated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Cancellations and refunds
Because our meals are freshly prepared and perishable, orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. Orders for a given delivery day close at that day's published cut-off time (shown on the ordering page); if you need to change or cancel an order before its cut-off, contact us at info@tameandtrue.com and we will do our best to help.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cooling-off right for distance sales does not apply to perishable, made-to-order food, so please make sure your order is correct before confirming.
If there's a problem with your order, such as a wrong meal, a quality issue, or an allergen error, contact us at info@tameandtrue.com as soon as possible and we'll put it right or refund you.
Delivery
Workplace lunch orders are delivered to your workplace on the delivery days shown on the ordering page. If you are not available to receive your order, it will be left with your workplace reception where possible. Delivery arrangements for individual meal prep clients are agreed directly with Tame + True.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
